This has to be the easiest restaurant to get to in NM. 
We are almost the exact center of The state.

From Albuquerque
Head East on I-40 to Moriarty then get off on exit 196.  Then turn ritht (south) on Hyw 41 until you can't go any further.  Then turn left (East) on Hyw 60 for 2 mi.

Only a short 1 hour drive
